We design functional marketing systems. This includes, for example:

  • The foundation of our work is designing acquisition and retention structures. We verify product-market fit, identify sources of relevant demand, and help you deliver benefits and value to your customers. 

    The right prioritization allows us to systematically address various challenges, whether it's entering new markets with a go-to-market strategy, launching a new product, or dealing with longer acquisition cycles. We also often collaborate with sales teams.

    We set budgets according to the growth stage of your project and prepare media planning across relevant brand and performance channels.

    We coordinate the cooperation between internal teams, management, agencies, and external contractors, and help clarify roles. We often take on the role of external marketing leadership or assist in building or restructuring the marketing team.
